Privacy Policy and Personal Information Collection Statement

We pledge to comply fully with the requirements of the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486) of the Laws of Hong Kong (the "PDPO") in collecting, using, retaining, and disclosing personal data. This statement explains the purposes for which we collect data, how it is used, and your rights.
2. Categories of Personal Data Collected
To provide you with property agency, leasing matching, or other related services, we may request the following personal data. Failure to provide such data may result in us being unable to provide our services to you: • Basic personal details: Name, gender, date of birth, HKID Card or Passport number (strictly for signing legal documents or AML compliance); • Contact details: Phone number, email address; • Property and financial data: Property requirements, proof of income, bank account details, payment records, proof of property ownership; • Website/App usage data: Login records, IP address, browsing preferences, and Cookies.
3. Purposes of Data Collection
Your personal data may be used for the following purposes: • Providing property agency, buying, selling, leasing, and property management services; • Matching buyers/sellers or landlords/tenants and arranging property viewings; • Preparing and executing provisional agreements, tenancy agreements, or other legal documents; • Verifying your identity and financial background (including land searches or credit checks); • Assisting with mortgage applications, property valuations, or referrals to law firms; • Complying with statutory requirements under the Estate Agents Ordinance, Anti-Money Laundering legislation, etc.; • Handling inquiries, complaints, or debt collection; • Conducting direct marketing with your consent (see Section 5).
4. Disclosure and Transfer of Data
We will keep your personal data confidential, but to fulfill the purposes of our services, we may transfer or disclose your data to the following parties: • The counterparties of a transaction (i.e., landlords, tenants, buyers, or sellers); • Professionals assisting in the transaction (e.g., law firms, banks, mortgage brokers, surveyors); • Third-party service providers offering administrative, telecommunications, computer, payment, or other services to us; • Debt collection agencies (if applicable); • Government departments or law enforcement agencies as required or authorized by law (e.g., Estate Agents Authority, Inland Revenue Department).
5. Direct Marketing
We intend to use your name, phone number, and email address to send you, via email, SMS, or phone, the latest property information, real estate market trends, mortgage, valuation, wealth management, and related promotional offers from us and our partners. We may not so use your personal data unless we have received your consent (or indication of no objection). 6. Data Security and Retention
We will take all reasonable and practicable security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, processing, erasure, or loss. We will retain your personal data only for as long as is necessary to fulfill the purposes (or any directly related purposes) for which it was collected, and to comply with statutory requirements (such as record-keeping requirements under the Estate Agents Ordinance).
7. Access and Correction of Personal Data
